HASIL ANALYSIS ASSURE MODEL
SMA 2 MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
The ASSURE model is an ISD (Instructional Systems Design) process that was modified to be used by teachers in the regular classroom The ISD process is one in which teachers and trainers can use to design and develop the most appropriate learning environment for their students. You can use this process in writing your lesson plans and in improving teaching and learning.
The ASSURE model incorporates Robert Gagne's events of instruction to assure effective use of media in instruction.
A — Analyze learners
S — State standards & objectives
S — Select strategies, technology, media & materials
U — Utilize technology, media & materials
R — Require learner participation
E — Evaluate & revise
The Assure Model is:
• A procedural guide for planning and delivering instruction that integrates technology and media into the teaching process.
• A systematic approach to writing lesson plans.
• A plan used to help teachers organize instructional procedures.
• A plan used to help teachers do an authentic assessment of student learning.
• A model that can be used by all presenters.
HASIL ANALYSIS
1. Analyze learners
a. The students of each class are about 30 - 32 students.
b. They all cooperate with the teachers.
c. They are ten and elevent grade.
d. They like to discuss with other friends.
e. They are active students.
f. They are quiet motivated to learn english.
2. State objective
a. The students will be able to use a simple monolog text such as narrative, recount,descriptive and procedure text in the daily life writing.
b. The student will be able to identify the aplication of creating narrative, recount,descriptive and procedure text in the daily life writing.
c. The student will be able to creat a simple monolog text such as narrative, recount,descriptive and procedure text in the daily life writing base on the aplicaton.
3. Select, modify, design Method, Media, & Materials
a. Teacher use course book, lecture and groupwork.
b. Teacher uses pictures in the classroom
c. Teacher shows the material by screen.
4. Utilize Methods, Media, & Materials
a. Teacher give the material by showing the picture and give the clue about what the picture is
as stimulous learning of students.
5. Require Learner Participation
a. Learner will present what they have written their own writing
b. Learner will be asked to demonstrate a game about “guess what they describe” to their friends.
6. Evaluate and Revise
We think that the picture is effective for teaching English in SMA 2 MUHAMMADIYAH because there are some many fasilities that support the teaching learning process such as projector, whiteboard, and board marker.
